SHIPPING, PROCESSING AND RETURNS
Payment of clinical product invoices for at home treatment plans and orders placed online is agreement that you understand and agree to the following terms. Please note, all product orders are shipped via Fed Ex, Ups or USPS. Processing times for orders is 2-4 business days M-F unless otherwise stated. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 business days. If expedited shipping is needed, please contact us directly via email@example.com and we will let you know if we can accommodate you.
Please keep in mind that during holidays, flash sales, promotions or launches, these processing times may vary without notice. After the outlined processing time has completed and your order ships, tracking will be provided to you via email. It is your responsibility to track and monitor your order once it ships. Please contact the shipping carrier if special accommodations are needed pertaining to arranging delivery details using the tools offered by the specified carrier.
Beauty X Davonna LLC is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, pandemics, Fed Ex, Usps or post office delays.
If your package(s) is undeliverable by specified shipping carrier as result of incorrect address and Beauty X Davonna LLC is not responsible. Be sure to have a secure location to ship your package to. Beauty X Davonna LLC is not responsible for missing packages.
We accept Paypal, and most major credit/debit cards for online orders. You do not have to have Paypal to place an order, simply choose "pay with credit/debit card" once routed to Paypal. For clinical invoices we accept credit or debit. For in spa services we accept cash, credit or debit.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on services or products for any reason. All sales are final.
