The booking calendar opens on the 19th of every month for Members, and the 20th of every month for non-members for the following month at 7:00pm. The calendar is open 1 month at a time and always displays real-time availability. How to book for all guests:
1. Scroll down this page until you see the menu which is directly under the graphic that reads "Ready to book?"

2. NEW CLIENTS + LAPSED CLIENTS (that have not been in for a treatment in at least 3 months) Must only book from the New client menu. Select "BxD New and lapsed client menu." Returning guests may select a treatment that is part of your treatment plan we created. Once you're on the appropriate menu, you may select any of the available treatments from that menu. The "Members only" area is solely for those enrolled in monthly memberships (see monthly spa members page). If you are not sure if you are lapsed, please email prior to booking.

3. Once you pick a treatment option click "Book." The calendar will then display all available dates and times. If you would like to add any other treatments or enhancements to that appointment (lash lifts, brow wax ect.) there will be options directly above the calendar that reads "Add to your appointment" which allows you to add on options which are a great way to save money by adding it onto your treatment. Please note, some treatments are available on specific days. 

4. Once you make all of your sections and select a date, the system will prompt you to complete checkout which consist of entering your personal information and accepting the terms and conditions which is required in order to submit your appointment. Following your acceptance, you will be prompted to enter your debit/credit card information to collect your deposit. Once you're done, you will immediately receive an email confirmation with all of your appointment details to get you ready for your upcoming experience!

 If you do not see a specific date or time for the month highlighted above that means it has already been booked. If you don't see any availability that means I am booked up for the current month. Sometimes squeeze ins become available. You may ask via email if you'd like to inquire. You will receive an email when booking is live for the following month which gives you the green light to book. When choosing to join the family, it is very important to understand the way the business operates specifically in regards to communication to avoid any unfavorable situations for either of us. Please remember that all appointments are conveniently booked and managed by you, the client so please be sure to read and understand all policies listed on the policies page and directly above the menu prior to booking as you are agreeing to them by booking. Exciting news! Beauty x Davonna is now registered and classified under medical services and Health practitioner which means we are now accepting HSA/FSA payments for select corrective treatments I’ve created in addition to clinical home treatment products! If your employer offers a Health care savings account or a Flexible spending account that you have opted into you may book select corrective treatments using your HSA benefit card. To make it simple, I created a separate menu that includes a variety of treatments that have been approved for HSA+FSA with most providers.

How to book using your HSA or FSA account:

Click on the HSA/FSA menu and select from the treatments included on that menu. This includes a variety of treatments including a new client facial, oxygen treatments, chemical peels, skin infusion and Back peel. At checkout use your benefits card. If you would like to use it to pay your final balance be sure to bring it to your appointment. You will have to ensure your covered and the funds are available to use because we will have to use an alternate payment method if your card does not approve at checkout. If that happens, you can also contact your provider for reimbursement options. It may also help to register Beauty x Davonna as a medical provider under your HSA profile.

How to order home treatment products using your HSA or FSA account:

When placing an order using the product order form, leave a message in the note section to let me know you would like to pay using your HSA or FSA benefits card. I will create your invoice accordingly. 

Please check with your HSA provider to ensure proper coverage. Beauty x Davonna has no authority to alter your plans or contact your provider on your behalf. If your card does not work, you can pay with a different payment method and contact your provider as ask about reimbursement options which are sometimes offered.  It may also help if you update your profile to list Beauty x Davonna as a medical/healthcare provider. I do want to emphasize that Beauty X Davonna has no authority to get involved with logistics including balances or general FAQ’s so if you have questions about your benefits you would have to contact your provider directly. I wanted to end the year with a way to show my gratitude to everyone who has chosen Beauty x Davonna as their skincare home! As mentioned in the newsletter, the menu as we know it will be changing  for 2024 so I also wanted to offer this savings event to allow you to save on the current menu. Book 2 and save

Book any combination of treatments from the Oxygen and or Peel menu and save 15% off the second! For example, you can book any 2 Oxygen treatments, Chemical peels or 1 Pigment Pro peel and 1 Oxygen infused luminous glow brightening facial and use the code to save off of 1 of the 2 treatments booked within the month of December. The discount code can only be applied to the second treatment meaning the first one you book the code does not apply. The second one you would use the code HOLIDAY at checkout. New clients: This does include the New client Oxygen detox facial as being the first treatment and booking a second Oxygen treatment in December which would qualify for the discount. Use code: HOLIDAY at checkout when booking the secon treatment


Holiday spice seasonal treatment

I brought this one back for the holidays and added a little razzle dazzle to the protocol! This treatment includes ultrasonic deep cleanse, spicy pumpkin enzyme, Therapeutic Calming mask and topped off with Green & Red light therapy! Not for new clients or those who don’t get corrective treatments regularly, its spicy! You can find it on the seasonal menu for $179


Purchase a gift certificate and receive a $30 voucher

During the holidays I always get an influx of certificate sales because people love giving the gift of beauty to their loved ones! I decided to gift the purchaser with a credit towards a future treatment for themselves! Purchase an e-certificate online or physical gift card in spa for any amount over $199 and receive a $30 credit towards a future treatment for yourself! Once the gift card is confirmed a coupon code for $30 will be sent via email to the email of the purchaser within 24 hours.


SPA MEMBERS: If the membership tier you’re enrolled in includes an applicable treatment, you may use the higher discount to book your second non-member treatment to save more!
